We hold packages for 90 days, with a storage fee after 30 days. Let us know if you need us to keep it here longer.
We can bring it to Abbotsford
If you are too busy to make it down, rest easy. You can have us bring your package up to our Abbotsford, BC location. We are the only package receiving location in Sumas that offers that option.
USPS Forwarding
Our Sumas office can forward personal packages to you via the US Postal system. Contact sumas@letterlock.com for the cost of this service. Allow up to 3 weeks or more for delivery.
Letterlock Cross-Border Transfer
Letterlock brings it across from Letterlock in Sumas to Letterlock in Abbotsford. The minimum charge for this service is $61.85.
Shipping a Canadian package from the US
Have a Canadian package you need shipped from Sumas? You no longer have to cross the border to do that. Simply visit our Abbotsford location with your package and we will make the necessary arrangements to ship it from the US.
